A new grocery-delivery service is connecting people with local businesses here in metro Detroit and throughout Michigan.
Drew Patrick, the CEO of Skidmore Studio, says creating this concept of grocery delivery has been in the works for years – the coronavirus pandemic changing the timeline for launching Michigan Fields.
“This just sparked us into getting it launched a lot earlier than we thought we were going to,” said Patrick.

Once an order is placed, people can choose their drop-off date which usually takes a minimum of two to three days. There is a flat rate delivery fee of $9.95, and they will make deliveries within 35 miles of their headquarters in Eastern Market.
