LANSING, Mich. — Who wouldn't love to see cute dogs in their halloween costumes? Howl-o-ween is happening tomorrow in old town Lansing. Hundreds of pups will be dressed up. They'll parade around town in their costumes as they go treat or treating at local businesses.
Trick or treating runs from 4 to 6. The costume contest begins at 6 pm.
Afterward you can head to Preuss Pets for yappy hour from 7 to 8. This event is free to attend.
