Baker College Jackson Hosts Annual “Pumpkin Fling” Halloween Celebration

Baker College of Jackson [baker.edu] is hosting its annual, “Pumpkin Fling,” a free, family-friendly Halloween celebration. Attendees are invited to bring small pumpkins (5-6 lbs.) and (for a small donation) can launch them from a trebuchet and catapult, designed and built by Baker College engineering students.

In addition to flying pumpkins, the event will include a haunted lab, slime making station, hidden treat haystack search, games and treats. Costumes are encouraged.

Donations will be collected to benefit Jackson’s Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect (CPCAN Jackson).

WHEN: Sat., Oct. 26, 2019 (National Pumpkin Day)11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

WHERE: Baker College of Jackson2800 Springport Rd.(Parking available at Welcome Center and Engineering Building)
