LANSING, Mich. — Ele’s Place Capital Region is inviting former families, board members, volunteers, donors, and community members to the 25th Annual Fall Reception on Thursday, September 26th at 5:30 pm at their Lansing location.
“This milestone is a major celebration for Ele’s Place,” said Director Kristine Kuhnert. “Every family who has visited Ele's Place has a story that echoes here. The 25th Annual Fall Reception is an amazing way to share their stories of healing... the kids who find a safe place to manage grief, share memories, explore their feelings, learn coping skills, and travel their journey in the company of peers.”
Donor and local artist, Kim Hartman, recently completed a donor wall mural, which will be unveiled at the event. Other festivities include a silent auction, strolling dinner, bubble release, and mission moments that include the family of John Cawood.
