LANSING, Mich. — Ingham County Animal Control is teaming up with Corr Commercial again to bring another all-cat adoption event to the Frandor Shopping Center Saturday, November 16th from 12-6pm and Sunday, November 17th from 11-3 pm. The shelter is continuing its “Name Your Price” adoption special to include this off-site adoption event. Adopters can choose what their adoption fee will be for their new pet. $5? $15? $20 or more? Adopters can set their owner adoption fee! This goal of this event is to find new homes for as many cats as possible to make room for the animals coming to the shelter from the public, and returning to the shelter from foster homes.

It has been a busy summer, with lots of cats and kittens coming in to the shelter, and special pop-up adoption events like this help find all these fantastic felines find their forever homes. You will find our pop up adoption center at 428 Frandor Ave, between Petco and Party City. There are some awesome cats hoping you will fall in love with them and bring them home!

All adoptions are subject to normal approval procedures and restrictions including an adoption application, interview, and proof of landlord permission for renters. All pets are available on a first come, first served basis and all pets adopted from the Ingham County Animal Shelter are spayed or neutered, vaccinated and microchipped. Reduced fee adoptions are made possible through the generous donations of pet loving citizens of Ingham County.

If you are unable to adopt at this time, please consider donating to the shelter. Donations can go towards food, medical care, sponsoring adoptions, or other shelter needs.
