LANSING, Mich. – LCC will welcome Facebook friend, Liz Homer to West Campus to fulfill her dream to weld. April is National Welding Month and Ms. Homer commented on an LCC Facebook post celebrating women welders, saying that she had always wanted to weld, and was happy to see that the profession was more readily available for women, but noted it was too late for her.
Well, we believe it’s never too late, so we have invited Ms. Homer to our West Campus location to tour our facilities and have an opportunity to do some virtual welding, and suit up with an instructor for actual welding.

When: April 18, 2018
