LANSING, Mich. — Children will enjoy hands-on nature exploration activities at the Harris Nature Center, 3998 Van Atta Road, in Meridian Township on Thursday, April 2nd at 1:00 pm. This month’s Preschool Nature Exploration theme is Fun with Fossils.
“Preschoolers will learn about fossils through hands-on activities,” said Park Naturalist Allison Goodman, “and they will enjoy time exploring in the Michigan Fossil Dig as well.”
Goodman also states that this program is designed for 4-5 year old children and participants should dress for outdoor activity.
The fee is $3/child due at the time of the program. Call 517.349.3866 to register.
