LANSING, Mich. — With the Holiday season quickly approaching, the Michigan State Police Jackson Post is prepping to do our part to give back to our local communities. We will be partnering with local Dollar General stores to stuff a “Blue Goose” (Patrol Car) with new, unwrapped toys, hygiene items and nonperishable food items at various locations throughout Jackson County. Any toy contributions will be donated back to Toys for Tots in Jackson, MI. Hygiene products and nonperishable food items will be donated to the King Center of Jackson. The following is a list of locations we will be at to collect the listed items.
Saturday, December 7 th: Dollar General – 3857 Weatherwax Dr. Jackson, MI 49201 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM
Wednesday, December 11th: Dollar General – 3330 Spring Arbor Rd. Jackson, MI 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM
Friday, December 13th: Dollar General – 9452 S. Meridian Rd. Clarklake, MI 49234 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM
