LANSING, Mich. — The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce would like to congratulate Weatherwax Hall on their Premier Ribbon Cutting on Monday, October 28th. The event took place at 215 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson, MI 49201
Weatherwax Hall invited the public to celebrate the Grand Opening of their new building. We would like to congratulate Chris Sayles for the amazing work he did on the renovations of Weatherwax Hall. We also would like to thank Jackson Magazine, City of Jackson and WLNS for attending this special day. Refreshments and food were served, and attendees toured the new building.
“The JSO was excited to share the renovated Weatherwax Hall with the community at our ribbon cutting. This multiuse space in the heart of downtown Jackson is the ideal location for trainings, business meetings, social events and weddings. The now 300 seating capacity can be configured to best suit your needs.” Said Valerie Herr, Director of Marketing and Development at the Jackson Symphony Orchestra.
As always, the JSO will continue to offer the popular Music on Tap series at Weatherwax Hall. This series features professional musicians and bands from around the world show casing everything from Bluegrass to Irish music to singer-songwriter.
