CARSON CITY, Mich. — Sparrow Carson Hospital is proud to recognize Emergency Department Nurse Nora Ryan, RN, as the August Caregiver of the Month for going above and beyond to help a confused elderly woman find comfort.
Ryan found the woman lost near Palo, a small village southwest of Carson City. The woman was disoriented to place and time and was from out of town. Ryan assisted by driving her to the Sparrow Carson Emergency Department so she could be evaluated, and sat with her for over an hour until her family arrived.
Ryan clearly demonstrates our ICARE values inside and outside of work. She goes above and beyond to provide amazing care for our Patients every day. Please join us in congratulating her and thanking her for all she does to care for our Patients every day!
